Yoga is way more than than the physical practice. In this video I break down sometimes overwhelming or new breath work challenges and try to make them easy to follow, but more importantly, enjoyable! Together, we will cover different breath exercises that have so many benefits, including reducing anxiety, improving sleep and helping concentration.
