Hi, I’m Amy, and it’s my pleasure to welcome you to this website. If you want to start your journey on the mat or love yoga already... you’re in the right place. I have always enjoyed being active even since I was little, meeting new people and helping others feel happy inside! In my yoga classes and workshops we focus on alignment and flow with the breath, you will always enjoy the experience. Check out my Instagram or get in Contact ➝
When I was little I played a lot of sport for school teams including tennis, hockey, netball and swimming. My favourite sport by far was swimming, I'm for sure a water baby! I swam for Sussex and in National schools competitions, I loved the feeling of complete submersion in the water, feeling strong and fast in a non weight bearing sport. After university, I tried yoga for the first time and completely loved the feeling of using parts of the body in different ways compared to every day life. I soon realised the importance and feel good sensation of being in correct alignment in poses. I want you to MOVE SAFELY INTO YOUR BODY and feel how good it feels when they’re working properly.
I completed my 200 hour yoga alliance certified vinyasa teacher training in 2018 at a month intense course in a small seaside town between Murcia and Alicante, Spain.
Time For Change
It starts with stepping, sitting or laying on the mat. The practice may challenge you but it certainly will help tone your body, aid more flexibility, relieve stress and improve your general health and well being.
I support you from beginning to end of practice, I cue every position and offer visual demonisations too.
'I have been going to Amy's yoga classes for a few months now and have enjoyed the journey.
Amy is a wonderful teacher with great attention to detail. Her classes are stimulating and challenging, yet relaxed and tranquil. Her workshops are wonderful experiences and the recent yoga retreat was simply amazing'
